We spend far too much time tightening and strengthening our muscles and fascia and far too little time relaxing and balancing them. Some stretching classes include myofascial release as well. Others may concentrate primarily on deep release or foam rolling.

AERIAL SILKS OR AERIAL YOGA

These lessons are essentially a yoga and acrobatics mix. This may be referred to as aerial yoga or aerial silks, depending on the fitness centre and class.
